Privacy: semi-anonymous by default
Your name and contact details are hidden from everyone until a helper actively accepts your task. Only then are names and contact details shared so you can coordinate. The public part is just the description and the location pin (which you can adjust).
1) Share a need
Describe what you need and set the location pin. Your request appears to nearby helpers.
2) A helper accepts
When someone accepts, you both see each other’s contact details to coordinate.
3) Mark it done
The helper marks it completed; you confirm or reopen if more help is needed.
